New user setting up free accounts? (Optional)

• From the side menu, navigate to Management -> Membership Tiers -> Click the Plus
• Name it “Free”
• From the side menu, navigate to Billing -> Market -> Create Membership
• Fill in the following information

Import Athlete List

From the side menu, navigate to Coaching -> Athletes

Click the “Import Athletes” button

Select a CSV file with the following columns:

• Email Address (Required)
• First Name (Required)
• Last Name (Required)
• Phone Number
• Address Line 1
• Address Line 2
• City
• State
• Zip Code
• Country
• Membership Uid (Required)

The membership IDs can be found by navigating: From the side menu, navigate to Billing -> Market -> Click on the Membership you would like to attach to user

This will perform the following actions:

• Create a member for each row in the spreadsheet
• Send them an email with a temporary password
• Assign a membership to the given athlete

Depending on how many athletes you have, this might take a few moments to upload.
